This comes out with a flathead screwdriver. This gives the clearance for the lid to slightly push down on the saw, which compresses it into the foam and keeps it in place.

Item:

This is a CNC custom cut M18 Track saw insert for the Packout model #49-22-8425. Modification will need to be made to the lid for this insert to work. You will have to route out part of the lid. See video for demonstration. Dimension will be provided.

Option 1 - You will be able to store 3 6.0-8.0 batteries, charger, track saw, extra blade and rail square in a Packout half the size with no wasted space. No modification needed to box lid unless you purchase lid insert and blade storage. Saw does touch lid, but packout closes and latches.

Option 2- You will be able to store track saw with battery attached, 1 6.0-8.0 battery off tool, the Stealth Mount Trax90 and Trax90XL, track clamps, and dust boot. This insert does require modification to box lid for it to work. Dimensions will be provided. Video is also provided on website.

Option 3- You will be able to store 1 6.0-8.0 batteries, charger, track saw, extra blade and rail square in a Packout half the size with no wasted space. This insert does require modification to box lid for it to work. Dimensions will be provided. Video is also provided on website.

Fit:

• The tools and accessories are designed to have a snug fit when inserted into their designated pocket. Do to snug fit, most tools need to be placed in at angle as the foam will conform to the tools over time.

• 2-1/4" Thick Kaizen Foam
