Item:

This Kaizen foam insert is for Packout model 48-22-8435. It has cutouts for M4 Screwdriver model 2101-22 with small battery attached, packout bin, holes for bits and bit holder, and extra battery . No tools or Packout's are included, just foam with cutouts.

Handle and Label-

If purchased, you will receive a replacement carbon fiber handle, and removable label for the insert purchased. Label can be changed out without replacing handle in the future l, if needed.

Only foam is included, not tools or Packout Included

Fit:

• The tools and accessories are designed to have a snug fit when inserted into their designated pocket. Do to snug fit, most tools need to be placed in at angle as the foam will conform to the tools over time.

• 2-1/4" Thick Kaizen Foam

Assembly:

• No tools are required for assembly.

I am not affiliated with any of the companies that I have developed inserts for. The tools for each insert are test fitted throughout the development process and takes considerable amount of time. This process ensures the cleanest edges, tightest fit, and cleanest bottoms.

Kaizen foam can be difficult and tedious to cut by hand. No matter how good you cut the profile, the pocket will always be rough because you are tearing out the foam and one mistake will leave you with a messy eye sore that will drive most of use crazy. As a result, I looked around to find a reasonable place to do small quantities of foam machining and was unsuccessful. Either they were to expensive or they did not do small quantities. This is why I started machining my own. I was not happy with the way the Kaizen foam inserts looked cutting it by hand. I have spent the last year profiling hundreds of Milwaukee tools, and add more every week. Completely custom layouts are available for most Milwaukee tools at very reasonable cost.
